Xpeed Bent Barbell

The Xpeed Bent Barbell is a multi purpose bar specifically designed to provide a comfortable grip and evenly distributed weight across your shoulders for squatting, and helps you lift though a greater range when pressing. Also known as a Buffalo Bar.

With squats the slight bow of the bar helps it to sit across the shoulders in a comfortable position, whilst also taking pressure off of the shoulders and elbows. Additionally, during the bench press, you'll be able to work through a greater range of motion with the bent barbell, which can help to build your pressing power.

An important tip is to make sure that you go a bit lighter than you would with a standard straight bar. This is due to the fact that they might not be used to the increased range of motion.
