The Xpeed 14" Dumbbell Handle is a 28mm diameter handle. Best Suited for standard 30mm plates. This handle features a rougher knurl compared to our other handle, it also features fixed inner collars a key feature.

  • Knurled grip with fixed inner collars
  • Spinlock ends to ensure discs remain firmly secured onto the bar
