The all-new VERVE Calibrated Steel Plates have been specifically designed with the hardcore, competitive power lifter in mind and manufactured to IPF standards with a weight tolerance of 0.25% or 10 grams using calibration plugs on the back of the plate to ensure the precision of the weights.

Each colour and size of the plates also complies with the International IPF standards, making these plates ideal for both training and competition. These Steel Calibrated Plates are made of cast iron by fusion with the 'sand mould' technique, allowing the plates to obtain a microporous surface which significantly increases the grip and durability of the epoxy coating.

The thickness of the plates allows the lifter to load as much as the bar (and they) can bear. If you are a male power lifter or a female power lifter after the best, you've found it. With a precision cut sleeve hole, these plates offer unbeatable stability and eliminate any risk of movement during use. These plates provide those serious about lifting with the best possible steel calibration plates on the market.
