Combined with a flat or FID adjustable bench, the Verve Commercial Half Rack allows users to squat, bench press, and overhead press with minimal risk, even when using heavier weights. Adjust your included premium sandwich J-hooks to position your bar in the perfect position for easy lift-off, and know that the safety bars are ready to limit the downwards travel (when you don't have a spotter around for support).
