BaseFlex™ is TWL's everyday training fabric — a 95% Cotton / 5% Elastane blend at 175GSM, engineered for athletes who want the natural comfort and breathability of cotton with just enough stretch to train in without restriction.

Cotton dominates the BaseFlex™ construction for good reason. At 95%, the natural fibre content is high enough that the fabric breathes the way cotton should — open, airy, and comfortable against the skin in warm training conditions.

The 5% Elastane is the training-specific addition that separates BaseFlex™ from a standard cotton tee. Pure cotton has no give — it pulls across the shoulders during overhead movements, resists at the chest during pressing, and bunches at the arms during pulling. The 5% Elastane resolves all of this with a natural four-way stretch that moves with the body through every training pattern.

The 175GSM weight sits at the precise point between substantial and lightweight. Heavy enough to have structure and quality in the hand — not a flimsy, see-through tee that loses its shape after a few washes. Light enough to stay comfortable through a full training session without feeling heavy or restrictive.
