At 150g in a medium, they're light enough for sprint sessions and runs without any sense of drag, heavy enough to move cleanly through barbell work and box jumps without bunching or riding up.

The Polyester base wicks moisture away from the skin rapidly — keeping the fabric dry and light even when the session is anything but. As sweat builds, the Rep Shorts stay the same weight they started at. No heavy, saturated fabric working against you when it matters most.

NO INNER LINER — FINALLY:

Most training shorts come with a built-in mesh liner. It adds bulk, traps heat, restricts movement, and makes deep squats and hip hinge movements uncomfortable. The Rep Shorts have no inner liner — just clean, lightweight fabric from waistband to hem. Wear what you want underneath, or nothing at all. Either way, nothing is getting in the way of your range of motion.
