We developed our Competition Knee Sleeves for those who are looking to squeeze the absolute last kilogram out of their workouts.
The TWL Competition Knee Sleeves have finger hooks because we know how difficult these knee sleeves can be to get on.
We have two recommended fits: Standard Fit for everyday use and Tight Fit for serious training and competitions.

Size Guide:
- The TWL Competition Knee Sleeve are designed to be a tight fit. If you are on or near the edge of a size, we recommend going up a size.
- The easiest way to get a tight pair of Knee Sleeves on is to turn the knee sleeve inside out and upside down then slide the knee sleeve over your calf so the top of the knee sleeve is at the base of your knee cap, then flip the knee sleeve over and up so it is facing the right way and now fully covers your knee.
As part of our commitment to cutting out single use plastic at TWL, these knee sleeves will arrive in a reusable mesh bag.
We recommend keeping this bag and using it to keep your knee sleeves separate in your gym bag, keeping them together and easy to find.
