The Tib Tool - Tib Bar Standard

Purpose - The Tib Tool is the solution for those wanting a superior alternative to train their Tibialis muscle. Specifically, the Tib Tool can be used to increase range of motion as well as strength. This promotes longevity in your leg muscles to ensure you can continue to perform the activities you do on a daily basis.

The Tibialis muscle is responsible for ankle dorsiflexion and inversion of the foot and is the largest of the dorsiflexor muscles. The use of a Tib Bar and Tib Raises was first popularised by Knees Over Toes Guy using the ATG System.

45kg rated - The Tib Tool has been tested to hold up to 45kg which is more than enough for training your Tibialis muscle. Once you test it out you’ll see why little weight is needed!

Sizing - This Tib Tool is sized for Standard plates (25mm in diameter) 

Make - Made from High Quality Steel and commercial grade foam. Also includes a pair of XL padding for extra cushioning! The Tib Tool features a high quality clamp to hold the weights

Weights are not included.
