Purpose - This is The Tib Tool's fully adjustable Tib Bar Solo (Olympic) which is the solution to isolating each leg while performing ankle, knee and tibialis training. This Tib Bar is sized to fit all shoe sizes via the adjustable knob.
The Tib Bar Solo can be used to increase range of motion, knee stability, and strength. This promotes longevity in your leg muscles to ensure you can continue to perform the activities you do on a daily basis.
The Tibialis muscle is responsible for ankle dorsiflexion and inversion of the foot and is the largest of the dorsiflexor muscles. The use of a Tib Bar and Tib Raises was first popularised by Knees Over Toes Guy using the ATG System.
45kg rated - The Tib Bar Solo has been tested to hold up to 45kg. These isolation exercises require much lighter weight due to the need to stabilise the weight compared to the normal two-foot Tib Tool.
Sizing - This Tib Tool is sized for Olympic plates. (50mm in diameter)
Make - Made from High Quality Steel and commercial grade foam. The Tib Bar Solo (Olympic) features a high-quality clamp to hold the weights.
Weights are not included.
