The TWL Tech Plate Carrier is the adjustable weight vest built for serious functional fitness athletes — whether you're Rucking, chasing a Murph PB, preparing for a Hyrox race, building weighted conditioning into your training, or just ready to take your bodyweight movements to the next level.
At just 1.5kg bare, it sits close to the body without restricting movement. Load it up with TWL Tech Plates and you're carrying up to 16.5kg of adjustable, removable resistance — scaling from a light conditioning load all the way to competition weight, and everything in between.
BUILT FOR THE MURPH:
If you're training for or competing in the Murph workout, the TWL Tech Plate Carrier is purpose-built for it. The official Murph weight is 20lb (9kg) for men, 14lb (6.5kg) for women — both easily achievable with TWL Tech Plates loaded into the carrier. With the vest weight included, the Heavy (Murph) pack reaches 20lb (9.5kg) total — the official competition weight.
The elastic side panels and close-to-body fit mean the carrier doesn't bounce, shift, or ride up during running — critical when you've got 2 miles of running wrapped around 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats. The TWL Tech Plate Carrier stays locked in position through every movement.

COMPATIBILITY:
The TWL Tech Plates are designed to fit the TWL Tech Plate Carrier and will also fit most military tactical style vests, including the 5.11 TacTec Plate Carrier. Plate dimensions: 30cm Height x 25cm Width.
Note: Tech Plates are not to be used as body armour. Training use only.
