How is the sauna unit going to be shipped?
All sauna unit will arrive flat-packed with one or more than one package. It may or may not be shipped on the pallet.
The sauna will be only delivered by one truck driver and assistance may be required to unload it if there is a special condition on the road/path. The sauna must be unloaded on the ground floor ONLY and the carriers will not take anything upstairs or in elevators.The courier may contact you to confirm the actual date and time before delivering the sauna. If you have a specific instruction or request needed for the delivery, please contact our team at support@thewodlife.com.au.
The sauna may be placed in a safe place if there is the receiver is not present to accept delivery at the scheduled time.

How long is the dispatch timeframe?
Once a sauna unit is successfully assigned for your order, it typically takes at least 5 days for the unit inspection and preparation before the item can be dispatched from the Rejuvenex warehouse.

Can I pick up my Rejuvenex Sauna?
Yes! Direct warehouse pick-up can be arranged at the Rejuvenex Warehouse located at Supreme LpGnangara WA 6077. If you prefer this option, please reach out to our team at support@thewodlife.com.au
Local pick-up options are also available. If you prefer to collect your order at a convenient local depot, kindly connect with our team to check if this option is available for your specific location.

How long does it take to deliver?

Do you offer an installation service?
A professional installation service can be availed for the Perth metro area only. The Rejuvenex team will ensure your sauna or ice bath is set up and ready for use. Please reach out to our team to get an accurate quotation for this extra service.
