Return Window:

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted, but can be disputed at the discretion of REDi within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  
• Opened or used items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• If the product has been opened and used beyond reasonable testing, it is not eligible for a return.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
  
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Warranty:
