1. WHAT ARE COMPRESSION BOOTS?

REDi compression boots are a great way to manage inflammation and swelling using Pneumatic Compression Technology which simulates muscle contraction compared to other recovery boots which utilise a static squeeze.

Pneumatic Compression Technology is beneficial. The veins in our legs rely on active contraction from muscle because veins do not have any muscle surrounding them, whereas arteries do. (- Veins Return blood towards the heart, arteries pump blood away).

REDi boots stand out with their overlapping technology between each chamber that provides a more evenly distributed compression and more comfort, reducing “digging in” or “tight bands” between the individual cuffs experienced with other brands of recovery boots.

5. HOW TO USE REDI RECOVERY'S COMPRESSION BOOTS

• Post Exercise - 30-45 minutes - Mode 2 - pressure 110 -150 mmHg depending on tolerance.
• Pre Exercise - 10-15 mintures to increase blood flow to legs.

Return Window:

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted, but can be disputed at the discretion of REDi within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  
• Opened or used items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• If the product has been opened and used beyond reasonable testing, it is not eligible for a return.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
  
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Warranty: 

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within 1 year from the purchase date. Please reach out to our team at support@twl.com.au for assistance.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, mishandling, or improper transport.
• Units subjected to unauthorised repairs.
• Failure to provide dated proof of purchase.
• Products purchased from unauthorised retailers.

Please Note:

• This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
• It also cannot be picked up by the customer from our HQ.
• It may take up to 3 business days once ordered to be despatched from the warehouse and a tracking number to be allocated to the order. This may be longer during peak sale periods.
• Depending on your location, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery once despatched from the warehouse.
• We are unable to send this item outside of Australia.
• We are unable to send this product to a PO Box, Locked Bag or Parcel Locker.
