The purpose of this program is to assist you in completing Murph either partitioned or un-partitioned by accumulating the desired volume necessary for the Hero Workout Murph and to gradually expose you to that volume over the course of the 30 days.
An added bonus to this program is that you will be conditioned enough so that you won't pull up excessively sore afterwards.
While you can perform this program at any time, the program is designed to start at day one and progressively prepare you to take on Murph at the end of the program.
