CoreCotton™ is TWL's heavyweight fabric of choice - 100% combed cotton at 275GSM, built for the tees and tanks that need genuine substance and a premium feel.

Combed cotton is what separates CoreCotton™ from a standard cotton tee. The cotton fibres go through an additional combing process that removes short, weak strands from the yarn, leaving only the longest, finest fibres behind. The result is a smoother, stronger yarn that resists pilling, holds its colour through repeated washing, and feels noticeably softer against the skin than uncombed cotton from the very first wear.

At 275GSM, CoreCotton™ sits firmly in heavyweight territory, substantially thicker than a standard 180-200GSM tee. 

Despite the heavier weight, CoreCotton™ remains genuinely comfortable to wear and train in. The 100% cotton composition breathes naturally, and the dense, combed yarn structure means the fabric holds its shape wash after wash.
