Hippy Chippy Individual Jerk Blocks (Lifting Blocks) are manufactured from high grade structural plywood and reinforced internally to ensure strength and durability. Perfect for weight lifting and CrossFit training.

All outside edges have bevelled edges protecting from damage.

Carefully designed to enable you to perform jerks, overhead movements, deadlifts and block pulls with ease and confidence.

Top Plates are solid blocks of structural ply 2.25mm deep and have router finger grips and hardwood stoppers. We recommend these are used on top of all Hippy Chippy Jerk Blocks to protect and prolong the life of your blocks.

All blocks are sold in pairs and can be mix and matched depending on your requirements.

• This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
• It also cannot be picked up by the customer from our HQ.
