The Xpeed Slam Balls Range is a great training tool for conditioning. Slam Balls also known as 'dead balls' are a robust and durable weighted ball, designed to be thrown and picked up repeatedly. Made from a durable rubberised vinyl carcass with sand filling and a textured surface for enhanced grip. Designed to engage major muscle groups when used correctly, a great tool to fit into any fitness program.
