Add some fun to your workouts with this versatile piece of equipment. Slams, side throws, wall balls, crunch throws and push-ups are just some of the exercises you can do with wall balls. As a result, you'll work your legs, bum, stomach, obliques, shoulders, arms, chest, back, and lats.

If you’re training for a sport, planning on improving your cardiovascular fitness or endurance then wall balls could be part of your exercise routine. They're a dynamic movement which means you will be moving during the entire exercise and using a number of muscle groups. They’re not only a strength exercise, but they'll also really push your aerobic capacity. Exercising with wall balls regularly will increase your athletic performance in a very short period of time.

90-day warranty for both commercial and domestic use.
In order to increase the longevity of this item, we strongly recommend using this product on artificial turf, rubber floor tiles, carpet, or interlocking floor mats.
Avoid using this item directly on concrete or any hard surface.
Use for intended purposes only as not following directions may cause splits which will void the warranty.
Please Note:
- This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
- It also cannot be picked up by the customer from our HQ.
- It may take up to 3 business days once ordered to be despatched from the warehouse and a tracking number to be allocated to the order. This may be longer during peak sale periods.
- Depending on your location, please allow 3-8 business days for delivery once despatched from the warehouse.
