Super simple to use everyday at the gym. I just keep them in my pocket in thr little bag too pull out when I need.

A must-have (that you'll spend 5 minutes trying to find in your gym bag)

Grab yourself a pair or two of these. For the price, you really can't go wrong.
Even if you prefer tape, these are handy to have around as a backup.

I use a piece of yellow string through the logo tabs, to keep mine paired together in my bag, and also make them a bit easier to find.

Thumb grip

A bit hard to pull on, I would go one size up but apart from that it is pretty easy and does the job. I prefer them over tape. I will definitely buy a few to switch them out so I can wash it
