The Prize
The winner(s) will receive the following:

30 pairs of Reebok Nano X5 Edge shoes for your gym.
Eligibility

Must submit email address, gym name, & name for valid entry.
- Each entry from your gym members counts as an extra entry.
Entry and Selection

Entry instructions will be provided via TWL’s official communication channels.
- Where a gym is selected as the winner, eligibility to receive a pair of shoes is limited strictly to individual gym members who have completed a valid giveaway entry.
- Gym members who have not submitted an entry will not be eligible.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via email or social media within 7 days of the closing date.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, TWL reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Individual winners from the winning gym at the discretion of gym owner or the entry winner.
General Conditions

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

TWL and reserve the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary.
- Giveaway information may be shared between TWL & Reebok AUNZ.
- Shoes will be shipped directly to each individual winners home address.
Publicity

By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities and grants TWL permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
