RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While Mystery Boxes individual pieces aren't eligible for refunds, we understand online shopping can sometimes be tricky. Here are a couple of ways we can help:

Exchanges: TWL Mystery Boxes are not able to be exchanged through our TWL Returns Portal. If you want to make an exchange for a different size, reach out to our customer support team support@twl.com.au> to exchange any items that don't fit perfectly. Subject to availability, we'll do our best to find your perfect size.

Store Credit: If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit to use towards any future purchase*.
