VERVE WEIGHT PLATE INSERT BLACK (8LB / 4KG PER-PLATE)
The VERVE weight plate inserts are specifically designed to fit inside of the VERVE Tactical Vest Plate Holder. We created these plates to provide you with the perfect functional training tool.
Powder coated and built to last, the VERVE Plate Inserts are sold in pairs (one for the front holder, one for the back) and weights are per-plate.
Competition total weight ratings are 14lb and 20lb, which translates into about 6kg and 9kg for those using the metric system. Take the vest weight then distribute the remaining weight (to prevent strain and injury) by adding a plate to the front and rear plate holder.
The VERVE plate inserts are sold in pairs, with our black plates weighing in at 8lb each. To make a 20lb vest, simply add 2 x 8lb plates to the Tactical Vest Plate Holder - job done!
