The VERVE® Commercial Adjustable Bench is a 6 stage adjustable bench ranging from flat to approximately 80 degrees upright as well as 2 in the seat pad.
These adjustments add a great deal of versatility to the bench allowing a plethora of additional exercises to be performed than a standard flat bench.
