The VERVE® Olympic Dumbbell Handles are effectively a shortened Olympic Barbell enabling a lifter to load the barbell in the same way but in a dumbbell form factor.
This concept is exceptionally important in home gyms or gyms where space is scarce and a variety of dumbbell weights are needed but the room and cost of an entire rack is not justified.
We recommend ordering with Verve iron plates rather than bumper plates.
This product includes 2 pairs (4x) spring collars - as seen in photo but does not include weight plates.

Unlike basic metal-on-metal dumbbell handles, the VERVE Olympic Dumbbell handles feature bushings on the sleeves for a smooth rotation not available on most other dumbbell handles.
